Operations
-
Intuitive C-Suite Partner
I started my career in tech nearly 10 years ago as an Executive Assistant. Throughout the years, I’ve moved into operational roles: Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations to name a few, but I’m rooted in my partnership with leadership.

Corporate Operations
Partnering with legal counsel and financial management firms might sound boring, but can be one of the best ways to learn deeply about operations. I’ve done both, in addition to automating and managing internal legal and financial systems.
-
People Operations
Creating connections with the greater team is crucial. Whether it’s coaching managers on how to support their teams, planning events, performance reviews cycles, compensation planning, recruiting, HR, or payroll and benefits automation, I’ve done it.
-
Cross-Functional Generalist
One of my favorite things to do as an operations professional is get deeply involved with other teams. I’ve help scale customer success, taken product ideas from inception to rollout, and worked closely with business development on expansion.
-
Customer Success
Before getting into tech, my entire career was IRL customer service, which has given me the tools to work with customers and proactively give them what they need before they even know they need it. This is one area that I’m super passionate about and am always looking to improve within an organization.

Product Partner
I love partnering with product leaders and engineering to help develop or improve product functionality. As a user myself, I emphasize friendly and functional UI and UX and really enjoy project management in this area.
